5 Things To Start Believing To Be Happier

Hello from Germany!

I am snuggled up in my hotel writing this to you, so happy and lit up over the fact I have you in my corner. It’s been such a treat getting to meet our international Icon Army, and these shows have been next level amazing! THANK YOU!

So today, I’m finishing off the happiness series by giving you 5 powerful belief statements you can start incorporating in your life right away that will increase your everyday happiness. I have been living by these and reviewing them daily, and let me tell you-they really do work!

Please watch the video and consider taking one or two of your favorite ideas and start trying to incorporate that belief into your life. If you have a hard time trying to make a foreign idea stick, remember that you can practice believing something for just a few seconds at a time. You don’t have to make a 180 and completely up-haul your life to see changes-you can repeat a new belief to yourself and see how it feels, and slowly welcome it into your current belief system.
