Ever have those moments…where your emotions are at a level ten and you feel super crazy and you’re not sure what’s going on but you just want to escape life and move to an island and eat chocolate covered macadamia nuts all day?
I actually used to have those moments embarrassingly often. And usually, I would even compound the pain I was causing myself by beating myself up for feeling that way- “Girrrrl, you should be over this by now.”
So today I’m sharing a trick. This trick has helped me calm the freak down, and helped me feel better in everyday life-and it works instantly. I’ve seriously braced myself for pain before, encountering a trigger that in the past would make me lose my mind, and instead felt….chill. Fine. Alright.
